What IS Pet Business Dashboard?
PetBusinessDashboard.com replaces the need & cost of hiring an expensive advertising & marketing agency for your pet business. Our team has already done all of the marketing research, testing, design and creation for you. We have created an on-demand dashboard where you can instantly download all of our work. It includes pre-made, easy edit templates for your every need. From daily business management to promotion planning and implementation. From start to finish, the dashboard is filled with everything needed to operate & grow your pet business. All right at your fingertips.
The dashboard provides you with unlimited access to every item that you see in our online shop plus more. But you only pay a one-time annual access fee. Every time we create new ones, you get those too. The dashboard is constantly being updated with new releases. The dashboard contains full, unlimited access to items such as:
Since PetBusinessDashboard is brand new for 2015, it currently only contains the Grooming dashboard. But will eventually offer all eight sections. As each section is completed, you will get access to each-at no additional cost to you. Since it takes our team months to create all of the products specifically for each section, we are expecting for it to take us until the end of the year to have all eight sections fully completed and available.
When will the dashboard be available?
PetBusinessDashboard is a new, online interface that is being launched in sections. The Grooming Dashboard will be the first section of the dashboard to be completed. The other sections of the dashboard are expected to become available by the end of 2015.

How much does it cost?
Currently, the only dashboard that is ready is the Grooming Dashboard. There is a free and a premium, paid version. The free version gives you an idea of what the premium, paid version is like. It is free but only provides a few free goodies. The premium, paid version allows you one year, unlimited access in which you can access, download and save every product that we offer. Once you download an item, it is yours to keep forever. The full year provides you with full access to every new item that we create and add to the dashboard. We add new products weekly. Free dashboard users will have to individually purchase each product through our online shop instead of having the ability to download everything right from the premium dashboard, like paid, premim members can.
How do I cancel my premium membership?
There is no commitment on your part for joining our premium membership. We don't make our customers mess around with recurring payments, billing or cancellations. The premium membership is simply a straight-forward, one time payment that grants you usage to the premium dashboard for 365 days.
After your year is up, if you choose, you can purchase another year to continue your premium access to the dashboard. If you decide not to renew, there is nothing to cancel.
What is the refund/return policy?
Given the nature of downloadable digital items, we do not generally offer a refund on a purchase. Especially on our premium membership access since it allows you to instantly download every item of ours (thousands of dollars worth of products). However, on individual product purchases, if there is a rare, extenuating circumstance and you would like to request a refund on a purchase, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will assess refund requests based on the individual circumstances. Considering the digital nature of our items and the format of item preview that is provided prior to purchase, there is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations such as the following:
If we do decide to issue a refund, this will be done using the same manner that was used to make the purchase.
What software will I need to edit the templates?
No software downloads are required. The only thing that you will need in order to edit the templates is an internet connection. All of our templates are designed to be edited right online using free internet based tools. Our marketing templates for flyers, business cards, etc. all utilize the free online Google Slides editor. All of our editable business forms utilize the free online Google Docs editor. All of our logo templates utilize the free online Picmonkey image editor. All three online tools are very easy to use and allow you to simply drag and drop text/graphics around on the page. No formatting or tech skills are needed. What type of computer or device will I need to have in order to access and use the dashboard and templates?
Our dashboard and templates have all been optimized to be compatible on any type of PC, Mac, Tablet, or Mobile Device with an internet connection. We also chose to utilize Google's online editors for you to edit our templates in since Google has optimized those tools to be compatible on all devices as well. *Please note that you will need to be able to download and upload things as you are working with the templates and other digital products. So your device will need to have at least minimal storage space to save your files or images to. Google Drive (free) will store all of your personally edited templates for you in the cloud. But say for example that you are editing one of our brochure templates and wish to add your own photograph to it. You will need to upload that personal photo of yours from wherever you currently have it stored.
How do I access the template or EBook that I purchased?
(excludes premium membership access-see the next FAQ below for details on premium membership) All of our products are digital items. As soon as you complete your purchase, you will be taken to a screen with the download links to your product(s) where you will want to download them and save them. They are yours to keep forever. PLUS- Just in case something goes amiss as you are downloading your files, our system ALSO automatically emails you a receipt and download links to your files. Please keep in mind that this is only a delivery system to securely get your items to you. It is not a cloud storage system. The links expire after 10 attempts(to prevent unauthorized mass file sharing). It does not store your files forever. You must download and save them. To not download and save the files would be similar to walking into a store, paying for an item and then leaving it sit on the checkout counter and walking away. Please download and save the items that you paid good money for. They are yours to keep.
How do I access the premium membership area?
If you have purchased our one year paid premium membership access, then you will receive an instructions sheet to download as soon as you complete your purchase. You will also be automatically emailed the instructions sheet as a backup. To access all premium areas of our dashboard (all premium areas are denoted with a * next to the page name on the main menu located at the top of our website), you will be prompted to enter your username and password. You will be able to access the premium areas immediately upon purchase with a temporary username and password that will be printed in the instructions sheet that you received upon purchase. We provide this temporary login info so that you can have immediate access to the premium dashboard. Since it typically takes within 24-48 hours of purchase, for our dashboard administrator to email you an Invite that will allow you to set up your own personal log-in. This invite will allow you to click a link and setup your own personal log-in account that you will use from now on. The temporary log-in is simply so that you don't have to wait around for a day or two until the administrator adds you. This way, you will still have immediate access to the premium content in the mean time.
This temporary login was our best option for providing you with immediate access to the paid member area rather than having to wait until the administrator adds you. Note that the temporary log-in is changed frequently so please watch your email inbox for your personal log-in invite. You will receive it within 48 hours of purchase.
